Dr Peter Case – Specialist Endodontist
‘Understanding The Adult Tooth and Vitality in Diagnosing and Treatment Planning’.
Peter Case is a highly accomplished dental professional specialising in endodontics. With a distinguished military background in the Royal Australian Navy, he served as Fleet Dental Surgeon and later became the specialist endodontist for the Australian Defence Force.
Transitioning from military service, Peter joined Sydney Endodontists in 2014 before co-directing Specialist Endodontics in Newcastle in 2019. Peter’s expertise lies in advanced endodontic techniques, such as microsurgery and Cone Beam CT. He has contributed significantly to endodontic research, publishing in esteemed scientific journals and participating in international conferences. As an educator, Peter holds positions as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Puthisastra, where he shares his knowledge with future dental professionals, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
Dr Angus Cameron – Specialist Paediatric Dentist
‘Rational Treatment Planning for Children’.
Dr Angus Cameron is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney and the University of Newcastle, practicing specialist paediatric dentistry in Sydney.
Dr Cameron is the co-editor of the ‘Handbook of Paediatric Dentistry’ and now consults in Sydney’s northern beaches, and on the central coast of NSW. His main interests are in the management of children with dental anomalies, paediatric oral medicine, trauma and particularly those with special needs. He also runs a specialist clinic for children with feeding and speech difficulties and tongue ties.
Professor Janet Wallace – Leading Industry Educator

Professor Janet Wallace is a distinguished Oral Health Therapist, academic, and industry leader with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, research, and policy development. With a diverse background encompassing dental therapy, hygiene, business management, and tertiary teaching, she holds a Doctor of Philosophy in oral health education. Prof. Janet Wallace now serves as Honorary Professor of Oral Health at the University of Newcastle and brings her expertise to the OHT Collective, focusing on innovative education, research, and holistic wellbeing initiatives.
Dr Annamaria Sordillo – General Dentist and Medical Writer

Dr Annamaria Sordillo is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of dentistry through research. Graduating cum laude from the University of Brescia in Italy in 2016, Annamaria relocated to Australia and for the past four years, she has been serving the community of the Hunter Valley with expertise and empathy. With a keen interest in research, Annamaria has collaborated with the periodontology research group at the University of Brescia since 2015, contributing to multiple publications in international journals. With a holistic approach to dentistry and a commitment to ongoing learning, Annamaria strives to deliver exceptional patient care.
Pru Killick – HR/ Management
‘Voices of the Office: Exploring Personality Types for workplace Success’.
Special dinner speaker, Pru Killick brings over 20 years of experience in HR strategy, performance management, learning, development, and excellence in service design and operations. She is currently the People and Culture Strategic Partnership Manager with the City of Newcastle, and sits on the board of Awtea College. Pru has a passion for people and loves to coach and mentor leaders on how to set up everyone to thrive together as a team.
